This offer was open to residents of the United Kingdoms, Eire and Channel Islands and expired April, 30, 1989. According to the mail order leaflet, this kit contained a poster, featuring the Fairy Tails birds and step by step instuctions of how to create hairstyles for them, 9 ribbons, 3 "feathers", 3 "hair styling rods" and 3 silk flowers.
